Session introduction - Are You REACH Ready?

REACH, the new sweeping chemical legislation in Europe, will impact the way we all do business, not only in Europe but elsewhere. Chemical manufacturers, importers, formulators and end users of radiation curable products are all impacted by REACH.

Did you know certain chemicals could be banned under REACH? Did you know your use of a chemical raw material needs to be registered under REACH?

Companies that understand the business implications and impacts of REACH, and develop strategic action plans, will gain a competitive edge over those that do not.

This session will review the general requirements of REACH and how REACH will impact your business, your supply chain, the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) you receive and more.
